Successfull project start

On October 5th, 2022, NOVAs kick off meeting was held in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. The meeting was organized to launch a new project aimed at developing new efficient and eco-friendly antimicrobial coatings. The meeting was attended by all project partners from academia and industry. The agenda of the meeting included introductions, project objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budgets. The partners outlined their expectations and goals for the project. A tentative timeline for the project was also presented and discussed the various deliverables that would be expected from all parties. Discussions on project scope, resource allocation, and risk management were also held, and the attendees agreed on the next steps and timeline for the project. The meeting was very productive and allowed for open communication between all stakeholders involved.
